Brunner, 1955)
2 c ground ham
2 T butter
1 small onion,
chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
2 T ketchup
2 t Worcestershire
sauce
1/4 t prepared
mustard
Salt and pepper
Brown onion in
butter and add to ham with remaining ingredients. Pile in a greased loaf pan
and bake 40 minutes at 350, or until well browned. Turn out on hot platter and
serve with one of the following sauces.
