Maple Mustard Baked Chicken Thighs

8 chicken thighs, or 4 chicken leg quarters
1/2 c spicy mustard (not the yellow stuff)
1/4 c maple syrup
1 or cloves of garlic, minced

Combine the mustard, maple syrup and garlic, and coat the chicken with it. Put the chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 375 for about an hour, or until the chicken is done.
