2 T paprika
2 T crushed black pepper (or coarsely ground)
1 T kosher salt
1 T garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1 T onion powder (not onion salt)
1 T crushed coriander
1 T dill
1T crushed red pepper flakes
Mix it all up and store it in a glass container in a cool,
dry, dark place.
