1-1/2 t ground
pepper
1-1/2 t sugar
1-1/2 t dried
parsley
1/2 t salt
2 T olive oil (or
other oil)
2 T white vinegar
Mix the pepper,
sugar, parsley and salt together in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Add
the oil and vinegar and shake well. Shake again immediately before adding to
the salad.
