8 plum tomatoes,
halved lengthwise
3/4 t salt
1/4 c dry bread
crumbs
1/2 c crumbled blue
cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c grated onion
2 T butter, melted
Sprinkle cut side of
tomatoes with salt, bread crumbs, cheese and onion. Drizzle with butter. Grill, covered, over indirect medium
heat for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is
melted.
