Moroccan Rub

1 T ground cumin
1 T paprika
1 t onion powder
2 t turmeric
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of garlic powder
1 T dried parsley
2 t dried coriander
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Mix all ingredients. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within three months. Use on chicken, beef and fish.
