Tomato and Zucchini Salad

(based on a recipe in Better Homes and Gardens New Dieter’s Cookbook, 1997)

1 large tomato, roughly chopped
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
2 T sliced green onion
1 t snipped fresh basil
2 T Italian salad dressing
2 T crumbled feta or shredded mozzarella

Combine everything but the cheese and toss well. Top with cheese.
