1 teaspoon salt
1 1/ 2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/ 2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
(about 1-1/2 lbs)
1/ 4 cup butter, divided
1/ 2 cup heavy cream
Combine salt, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder
and rub over chicken breasts.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add
chicken and cook for about 7 or 8 minutes, or until nearly done. Add cream,
reduce heat, and simmer a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens. Add remaining
butter and heat until the butter is melted. Serve sauce over chicken.
