1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
2 t sugar
6 c cubed seedless watermelon
2 T minced fresh mint
Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil and sugar together in a
small bowl. Combine the watermelon and mint in a large bowl, then drizzle with
the lemon juice/olive oil mixture and toss to coat.
