Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Rub

2 T brown sugar
2-1/2 t salt
2 t allspice
1 t cayenne
1 t pepper
1 t onion powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t dried thyme

Mix all ingredients. Store in a cool, dark place and use on chicken within three months.
