3/4 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz) tomatoes, chopped and drained (drink the
liquid – it’s just tomato juice)
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2 T vinegar
1 T chili powder
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t dried crushed red pepper flakes
2 lbs cabbage, shredded (about 10 cups)
