leftover creamed spinach

pound frozen broccoli
4
ounces cream cheese
1
cup chopped onion
Cook
the frozen broccoli with the chopped onion. If it was chopped broccoli, great.
If it wasn’t, run it quickly through your food processor before you cook it so
it ends up as chopped broccoli. If you process it after it’s cooked it’s likely
to turn to mush. Combine everything and mix well. Put it in a casserole dish
and bake it for about 40 minutes, or until it’s hot and bubbly.
